The Texas Children’s Parkland campus consists of ten buildings totaling 1,504,675 SF, including Texas Children’s Hospital, offering specialized pediatric care, and Parkland Memorial Hospital, providing comprehensive healthcare services. It also features The Pavilion for Women, research facilities for medical innovations, outpatient clinics, and educational buildings for training in partnership with the University of Texas. Pond Robinson & Associates performed a facility condition assessment to help the Hospital System understand the condition of the property and plan for capital expenditures over the term of the evaluation.
