FRISCO, TX, UNITED STATES, April 30, 2025 Pond, Robinson & Associates (“PR&A”) is excited to announce the promotion of John Maher as Director of Construction Services.
John has consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to excellence, bringing unmatched expertise, precision, and professionalism to every project. His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and steady leadership have made him a standout member of our team and a valued partner to our clients.
In his new role, John will oversee all aspects of construction services, including client relations, service coordination, team mentorship and management, and the delivery of high-quality reporting and project oversight. This promotion reflects not only John’s impressive capabilities but also the respect and trust he has earned throughout the organization and with our clients. We are excited about the future of our construction services under his leadership.
About John
Since joining Pond Robinson & Associates in 2015, John Maher has performed numerous property condition assessments, peer reviews, and owner’s representation of new construction projects and existing facilities throughout the country. He has experience working with all asset types and a variety of clients including facility directors, contractors, investors, owners, and property managers.
Prior to joining Pond, Robinson and Associates and after college, Mr. Maher’s experience as an architectural project manager started in 2009. He was involved with designing, bidding, and performing field services for new construction and renovation projects. An area of special interest for Mr. Maher has been the assessment, design, and management of exterior building envelope rehabilitation projects.
