The development includes 282 apartments containing 278,739 gross square feet, a parking deck, and a Clubhouse / Leasing Office area. Amenities within the Clubhouse area will include club rooms, leasing office, manager’s office, conference room, and cyber lounge. The top floor of the garage includes a pool, fitness center, and restrooms. Site amenities will include landscaped courtyards and access to the Beltline Trail to the west.  PR&A provided design document review, construction monitoring, and closeout services.
