Salem Oaks is a residential development located on Georgia Highway 155 (Decatur Road) in Henry County, Georgia. The total area of the property being developed is 70.24 acres; was developed in three phases. The development included 105, 1 and 2-story single family residential buildings. Home designs will consist of four basic floor plans, with a zoning-required, minimum size of 1,800 sf and 2-car garages at each residence. An Amenity Center, including a clubhouse, pool, covered patio, and pickleball courts is also planned and will be located at the northeast entry point to the development. PR&A provided design document review, construction monitoring, and closeout services.
