The Oakwood Apartments project is a multi-family development located on a 31-acre site in Flowery Branch, Hall County, Georgia. The project includes eleven wood framed multi-family residential buildings, including three-story and three/four-story “split” configurations, a single story Clubhouse building, and a community park. The residential buildings include 313 one, two-and three-bedroom dwelling units totaling 311,863 leasable square feet. PR&A provided design document review, construction monitoring, and closeout services.
