Michael A. Raybon, P.E.

Michael Raybon is a Principal of Pond, Robinson & Associates and brings over 24 years of experience in client and project management on construction related engineering investigations and property condition assessments. His evaluation experience includes the various building systems associated with office buildings, multi-family developments, regional shopping malls, hotels, industrial facilities, and other large commercial facilities. Mr. Raybon has also effectively managed numerous clients with their real estate portfolio transactions and is a registered Engineer in Florida and Texas. In addition, Mr. Raybon has also served as an expert witness in construction-related litigation.

Mr. Raybon has extensive experience in both business management and client management. Prior to becoming a Principal with Pond Robinson and Associates, Mr. Raybon served as the department manager of the Facilities Engineering Group at a national engineering firm. Mr. Raybon uses his significant practical field observation and project management experiences to assist our clients in making real estate acquisition/disposition related decisions.

Mr. Raybon has also provided reroofing consulting services, high-rise building envelope assessments and remedial designs, pavement assessments, and many construction failure studies. His experience also includes construction administration duties, field observations of new construction development, forensic engineering, and construction materials studies.
