Town Square Las Vegas is a mixed-use retail/office property south of the Las Vegas strip.  The improvements consist of 22, 1‑3 story buildings with a total size of 1,147,202 gross leasable square feet that was originally constructed in 2007. PR&A provided an equity-level property condition assessment for the Buyer and their operating partners.
