Located at 218 SW Jefferson Street in Portland, OR, The Porter is a stylish and modern hotel that is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. The building stands 16 stories tall and features a contemporary architectural design with sleek lines and extensive use of glass, allowing for plenty of natural light and offering guests stunning views of the city and surrounding areas. PR&A performed a property condition assessment and design peer review with specialist during construction so that our client, who would be acquiring the property at the completion of construction, could understand the status and quality of construction as well as the type of building systems that will be delivered. Following our initial assessment, we also performed monthly and milestone construction site visits to monitor construction quality, changes, and schedule. We then reviewed the project closeout documents and provided a comprehensive close out report, noting any outstanding work or construction documentation.
