The Clare is a high-rise senior living multi-family tower which is located in downtown Chicago, Illinois.  The improvements consist of 338 dwelling units (248 independent living apartments, 26 assisted living units, 14 memory care units, and 50 skilled nursing beds) within a 53‑story building.  The building contains approximately 700,000 square feet of space, six‑levels of parking garage, plus an attached 8-story podium building. PR&A performed a property condition assessment for the acquisition of the property.
