Meyerland Plaza HEB & Parking Garage

This project consisted of a two-phased development of a structured parking garage and HEB store within the Meyerland Plaza Mall in Houston, Texas.  The first phase was comprised of “preparation work”, which included the sitework and utilities for the parking garage structure and HEB store; the second phase included the construction of the parking garage along with the HEB store.  The final improvements consist of a two‑level parking garage with a one-story bank building (BBVA) on the ground floor and a HEB grocery store on top of the parking garage.  Other components include utility work, a reconfiguration of a JC Penney loading dock, and a pedestrian bridge.
