Pond, Robinson & Associates (PR&A) was founded in 1998 and has its headquarters in Frisco, TX. PR&A is considered the leader in the industry for equity level property condition assessments and construction consulting services. We have a unique opportunity in our Frisco office for a technical reviewer and are looking for qualified professionals that have a strong desire to help maintain our high standards. This full time technical reviewer position is open to candidates that will primarily be responsible for review of our construction monitoring and draw approval reports as well as property condition assessment reports. PR&A also has 10 satellite offices (Tampa, West Palm Beach, Atlanta, Nashville, Minneapolis, NY, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Sacramento, CA). We are seeking to add an experienced and multi-tasking technical reviewer to join our firm that has strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in working with a team as well as individually to review reports. PR&A provides only equity level consulting services to our clients (no lender services) and is therefore looking to hire someone with a high level of experience or someone that is willing to elevate their current position in regards to technical reviews. This position is open to all major cities in the US.
Technical Reviewer Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to review equity level construction monitoring and draw review reports (CMDRs) as well as property condition assessments (PCA’s)
Technical Reviewer Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reviewing technical engineering and architectural type documents.
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a collaborative working environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate internally effectively, both orally and in writing.
Technical Reviewer Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or other similar Architecture / Engineering or Building Construction related degree is preferred.
